About this place
The Our Lady of Perpetual Help Festival is celebrated every November 13th in Pampas de Hospital, a district of Tumbes province. Devotion to the Blessed Virgin of Perpetual Help, one of the most deeply rooted in the Peruvian northern border, gathers the faithful in novenas, masses and processions that run through the streets of the town amid flowers, hymns and music bands.
The devotional day is complemented by typical food and local craft fairs, turning the date into a community gathering where faith and valley tradition are expressed with special color.
