About this place

From September 21st to 27th, the Tumbes Tourism Week is decreed, with its main day on the 25th. The event has evolved into a format focused on biosecurity tourism, strongly promoting the five circuits that hold the international "Safe Travels" seal: the Los Manglares National Sanctuary, the Puerto Pizarro Mangroves, the Tumbes City Tour, the Cabeza de Vaca Archaeological Circuit and the pristine waters of Punta Sal and Zorritos.

During this week, the efforts to project Tumbes not only as a geographical paradise where the luminescence of phytoplankton lights up the nights of Zorritos, but also as a comprehensive destination that values its ethnography and its natural peace, are materialized.

How to get there

It takes place throughout the Tumbes region, with activities in the five certified tourism circuits.
